Die cutter preparation before starting up

1. Turn on the main electrical switch of the electrical control box of the die cutting machine. Open air pump air supply. It is required that the pressure of the air pump is not lower than 7 bar and the working pressure of the clutch brake is 5.5-6 bar.

2. Open the power key on the operation panel of the die cutter host. The panel fault light starts flashing, and the buzzer sounds at the same time and stops after 5 seconds. The power indicator on the main control panel is on.

3. Check whether the emergency stop button of the die-cutting machine is in the emergency stop state. Otherwise, the emergency stop should be released.

4. Press the main motor start button on the touch screen of the die cutter. The main motor starts and the clutch idles. The oil pump motor starts the lubrication system.

5. Adjust the speed control knob to the lowest speed position.

6. Loosen the locking device on the side cover of the feed section of the die-cutting machine. Adjust the left and right side fences referring to the scale. Give the paperboard the best working position on the paper table.
