Agfa will provide multiple CTP solutions for different customer needs in DRUPA 2000, and simulate four different production environments in the printing room of Hall 6 to demonstrate the actual workflows of publishing, commercial printing, packaging, printing and digital printing.

X-CALIBUR VLF and high-speed X-GALIBUR VLF ultra-deep external drum thermal platesetters can output 8.2 sheets and 13.3 sheets each with a format of 1140mm*1450mm per hour. Both platesetters use 830-nm solid fiber lasers. , THERMOSTAR P970 thermal imaging.

GALILEO VS and GALILEO VXT are two types of violet laser diode plate systems with a laser wavelength of 400 nm. The VS model can output 16 sheets with a resolution of 2400 DPI (width 1030 mm) per hour, and the VXT model can output 21 sheets per hour with a width of 1030 mm at 2400 DPI. Both platesetters use Agfa's latest LITHOSTAR ULTRA silver halide plate for imaging, making it easy to operate.

The POLARIS 200 is a new product with two laser heads that can image two plates at the same time and can output 235 plates per hour at 1016 DPI. The POLARIS series also has 100, 100E and 100L models. All POLARIS platesetters use high-quality photosensitive resin plates and silver halide digital plates for imaging.
