2 The status of the development of aseptic fresh-keeping packaging in our country till now, the development of the aseptic fresh-keeping packaging industry in China can be divided into three phases.
2.1 In the initial stage China's sterile fresh-keeping packaging started in the late 1970s. In 1979, Guangdong Cannery Co., Ltd. took the lead in importing a set of composite paper brick aseptic packaging equipment from Sweden Tetra Pak Co., Ltd. for the packaging of sugar cane juice, juice, soy milk, chrysanthemum tea and other liquid beverages. These manufacturers produce more than 200 million packages of aseptic packaging beverages each year, and the demand for products still exceeds supply. In this case, there is no ability to introduce intensified research and development of localized equipment and materials.
2.2 The development stage With the deepening of reform and opening up, policies have been relaxed, the right to review and approval has been devolved and the level of people's consumption has increased. The aseptic fresh-keeping packaging market has become increasingly prosperous. Since 1984, powerful food and beverage companies or new companies in large and medium coastal cities across the country have successively introduced Swedish Tetra Pak Co., Ltd., the United States International Paper Corporation, the German PKI company, and Japan's Dainippon Printing Corporation. In addition, the China Packaging Technology Association established the Aseptic Packaging Committee in a timely manner to manage and guide the aseptic packaging industry, and organized several nationwide or international conferences and seminars on aseptic packaging and fresh-keeping packaging technologies. The Aseptic Packaging Committee of the China Packaging Technology Association also frequently promotes aseptic packaging knowledge in newspapers and magazines, compiles aseptic packaging communication, sends production companies and related departments and leaders at all levels, and continuously publishes trends, technologies, and information on the development of aseptic packaging at home and abroad. China's aseptic packaging industry has entered a new period of development, with an annual output of aseptic packaging beverages, dairy products up to more than 100 million tons, consumption of packaging materials more than 30,000 tons. The production enterprises have also been extended from open coastal cities to large and medium-sized cities in various provinces, cities and autonomous regions in the country.
2.3 The stage of smooth overrunning After entering the year of 1996, due to the macroeconomic regulation and control of the national economy, the tightening of monetary resources, the reduction of investment in fixed assets, the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, and the temporary decline in the level of consumption, the pace of development of the aseptic fresh-keeping packaging industry has gradually increased. Slowly, some of the original enterprises were underemployed, the new large manufacturers were significantly reduced, and they were cautious about importing. Instead, they replaced township and village enterprises with private companies, partnerships, or individual-owned enterprises. These enterprises are limited by their financial strength and operating scale. Most of them choose domestically-made equipment, use domestically-made packaging materials or containers, and have a production quality and price-appropriate product supply market, which supplements the gap in the original introduction of equipment. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 15 domestically produced aseptic packaging production lines and complete sets of equipment that sell small quantities of products each year. The output of aseptically packaged products in the country has remained relatively unchanged, sometimes rising slightly. For this kind of situation, people who are not clear think that the development of aseptic packaging in our country has reached the end, or mistakenly believe that the composite paper packaging is outdated. Actually, this is not the case. The author believes that this is a time of transition. From the analysis of the investigation, the aseptic packaging industry in China has a huge potential. With the adjustment of the country’s industrial structure and active fiscal policies, stimulate consumption, expand domestic demand, and the economy began to recover. Aseptic fresh-keeping packaging began to rise again. It is only Guangdong Far East Company. In recent years, on average, there are 5 customers who ask for assortment of aseptic packaging every day. From the end of last year to the beginning of this year, the National Standard for Paper-based Composite Materials for Aseptic Liquid Food Packaging was formulated by the China Standardization Association and the Aseptic Packing Committee of the China Packaging Technology Association. Afterwards, the national standard for aseptic packaging machinery was formulated. The development of aseptic packaging in China provides the basic guarantee of technology and quality.
3 The future of China's sterile fresh-keeping packaging sustainable development space China has a large population (about one-fifth of the world's total population), a vast territory, rich products, located in the tropical and subtropical. Sino-foreign joint ventures and cooperation have been further strengthened and the economy has become increasingly active. All these have provided a broad space for the development of aseptic fresh-keeping packaging in China.
3.1 The level of development of aseptic fresh-keeping packaging in our country is far worse than the world level 3.1.1 Aseptic packaging of food consumption in carton packaging, for example, some countries have reached an annual average consumption of more than 100 packages The per capita of the world is also close to 20 packs, and China's per capita annual consumption is only l packs.
