Beer will be available with autoclavable plastic bottles

Zhongfu Industry Group and KORTEC Corporation will soon launch commercial autoclavable plastic bottles. This kind of plastic bottle needs to reach the shelf life, high temperature sterilization test, and requires the full recovery. After comparing various technical solutions, Zhongfu decided to use KORTEC's multi-layer co-injection process. This beer bottle can withstand 67 degrees and 20 minutes of high temperature testing, and can guarantee a shelf life of at least six months due to the excellent sealing properties of the barrier layer.

This product was jointly launched by Zhongfu Industry Group and KORTEC Corporation at the 2001 NOVA-PACK exhibition in Europe.
