Germany launches polyurethane casting resin

The RAMP resin from Germany's RAMPF company has similar processing properties to currently used epoxy resins. The cast resin can be applied to the mechanical parts of the processing transportation system or the soles of the shoes for climbing the cliff. It is also suitable for the manufacture of refrigerated cabinet insulation foams, packaging containers and the like.

Polyurethane is well-known for its good insulation properties, good mechanical properties and thermal stability up to 160°C. In fact, its greater advantages are reduced demolding time, lower energy consumption, and lower processing costs. Material costs are also more affordable.
