Feng County mud leg: "species" patents in crop fields

Recently, the Nanjing International Convention and Exhibition Center and the 3rd China International Agricultural Machinery Products Expo were held here. At the exhibition site, a number of invention patents of Fengxian farmers attracted the attention of many participants. The farmer was named Li Shanwen. He had obtained 11 invention patents in 12 years.
The invention begins with “Daydreaming” Li Shanwen, 58 years old, is a farmer in Zhanghualou Village, Fanlou Township, Fengxian County. In 1992, the town developed special agriculture and they planted yam and burdock in their village. However, Li Shanwen found that the cultivation of yam was particularly troublesome. There were a total of six processes from digging trenches, loosening soil, burying soil, cultivating ridges, and planting and watering. A strong labor force can only dig more than 10 meters a day. Although Li Shanwen’s family didn’t grow much, it was the third place, but it also caused the family to suffer from back pain. At this time, Li Shanwen suddenly thought: If there is a trencher, how good it is! He told this idea to his family and villagers. Everyone laughed at him as "dreaming day and day." However, Li Shanwen, who was born with persistence, was deeply attracted by his own ideas. Every morning in the morning, when he was still dark, he ran to the ground and thought hard.
Gradually, the prototype of an excavator was formed in his brain. In order to create a prototype, he spent money to hire two welders in the same village. Although he did not draw drawings, he could not understand his design even though he spoke in vain. Li Shanwen had to use wood to make a model, so that the welder "by the gourd painting." In the following four months, he and the welder had eight trials and several hundred revisions. His first generation "Yam burdock ploughing machine" finally came out. On the day of the test drive, people around the village of Shili 8 came to watch. When the Matsue machine completed the six operations of yam cultivation at a rate of more than 100 times that of the man-made one, people were shocked.
In May 1993, Li Shanwen of primary school culture got his first invention patent.
Invented the "Spark Plan"
From the beginning of Song Tiaoji, Li Shanwen's invention was not received. He was obsessed with observing all farming activities around him. He has tried to invent everything that can reduce farmland farming intensity and increase farming efficiency. The fruit tree automatic sprayer, fruit tree pollinator, watercress rake machine, garlic harvester, yam harvester, raw material mixing conveyor... Li Shanwen was invented all the way. In the 12 years since 1993, he has invented 11 technologies. The results, and all got the national patent. Among them, only one year in 2003, he got four patents. His two inventions, the fruit tree pollination machine and the improved anti-collapse yams loose trencher, were also included in the national-level Spark program.
The invention of more than ten years allowed Li Shanwen to taste the hardships of invention. In order to protect his own patents, he took a debt and filed a lawsuit; in order to establish a workshop, he made a high-interest loan, but he went to court several times because he was not on the money. In order to test new inventions, he used up his family’s money and returned. More than 100,000 yuan in debt have been incurred.
Where is the partner?
In 2003, Li Shanwen prepared to invent a garlic harvester. At this time, a garlic farmer in Shunhe town attracted him to order the machine. Li Shanwen, who is worrying about funds, received a 3,400 yuan deposit from garlic farmers. A few months later, the first machine was trial-produced. At the time of garlic harvest, Li Shanwen drove the machine to the field of garlic farmers. However, the garlic excavated by the machine was bad—the experiment failed. The deposit had already been put into the development of the machine. No way, Li Shanwen had to buy a motorcycle worth more than 5,000 yuan from his son to a garlic farmer. According to his own commitment, Li Shanwen used this test machine with a construction cost of over 6,000 yuan. Also gave garlic farmers.
In order to improve the machine, Li Shanwen took a bite and bought 2 acres of garlic in the area. After half a month's modification, his garlic harvester was finally successfully developed. This time, Li Shanwen lost more than 10,000 yuan.
Li Shanwen said that his invention patents were all "planted" in the crop fields. At present, Li Shanwen's patented products have been sold throughout the country. However, due to lack of funds, there were still four patented technical achievements in his hands that were not converted. In March 2005, Li Shanwen filed a patent for a tree transplanting excavator. He didn't know how long he could go by on his own. He hopes that people of insight in society can cooperate with him and let his invention bring greater practical value to the vast number of farmers.
