There are currently six Domino dot matrix laser printers used in their bottling plants for the marking of paper and plastic labels. Recently, the newly developed DSL1 inkjet printer and the DSL50 inkjet laser jet printer have also been installed in the company's two filling lines. They are installed on the Krones Solomatic (production volume 40,000 bottles/hour) and Krones Topmatic (production volume 55,000 bottles/hour) filling lines, which can be printed directly on the labelled palms.

DSL1 L50 can print clear and permanent logos in real time, from simple one-line production batches to multiple lines of variable information, which can be easily realized; when printing two lines of logos, the printing speed can reach 70,000 bottles/hour; this type of jet The printed characters are between 2-3 mm high and the line height is about 0.4 mm, which is beautifully printed. Therefore, whether it is a traditional paper label or an aluminum foil label, the DSL1 L50 can always print the expiration date, time and product lot number in a special way.

The DSL1 L50 has the smallest and lightest laser printhead in its class, making it easy to integrate into an existing Krones filling line. Users can also install and process printed text using advanced DynaMarkTM control software and unique scanning technology.

In addition, DSL1 L50 is specially designed for harsh production environments. The outer box and laser head are made of stainless steel with IP65 protection grade. They are anti-rinsing and anti-dust and are suitable for Adelholzener's wet production environment.
