The special structure of the glue and the curing mechanism are very much related. The cooking-resistant adhesives I produce have a high cohesive strength, which makes the peeling force before cooking larger; and because certain groups are not sensitive at low temperatures, they can react in a high-temperature environment, resulting in cooking Instead, the strength has increased, and this characteristic is extremely suitable for the cooking resistance performance requirements.
3, the product has a very high food hygiene safety
Compared with the current general-purpose cooking-resistant laminating adhesives, the main cooking-resistant laminating adhesives produced by us do not contain any NCO groups and highly toxic aromatic isocyanate components such as free TDI and MD I. Therefore, they are at high temperatures. There is no possibility of producing carcinogenic aromatic amines during cooking; the curing agent product synthesized using the latest technology has a lower free monomer content and is suitable for the latest national limited standards, and has reached the international level. Therefore, it is harmless in the production of composite membranes and future bag-making products. It does not contaminate the contents of packaging and can be used in applications where food safety is a requirement.
4, stable product quality
Because of the special synthesis method of the retort-resistant laminating adhesives produced by me, the isocyanate-based substances are not used in the main agent production to carry out the chain-extension reaction, which results in fewer intermediate links in product production, relatively simple technological process and easy control of reaction conditions. At the same time, an inspection method for intermediate products has been established. The indicators of the first-step products have not been reached, and the next reaction will never be carried out, which can effectively guarantee the quality of the final product. In addition, a complete set of inspection measures has been established for the synthetic laminating adhesive products to be synthesized, which are strictly controlled from the basic characteristics of appearance, solid content, viscosity, etc.; and retort performance tests are performed for each batch of products to ensure batch-to-lot approval. stability. At the same time, the retort-resistant laminating adhesive also has good performance such as light color, good frost resistance, and excellent weatherability.
To sum up, we synthesize a product code PU-2256/DK-4206, a two-component retort-resistant urethane laminating adhesive, with special production technology, excellent overall performance of the glue, stable product quality, and extensive use of various products. There are occasions where resistance to cooking is required, and they can partially replace similar imported products.
