For the determination of printing accuracy, we use 36OdPi and 720dPi for comparison, feeling 36OdPi particles are coarse, the screen effect often fails to meet the customer's requirements, so choose 72Odpi precision production, the speed is 2-4m2/min.

The process of washing and finishing water washing and finishing is similar to that of screen printing silk fabrics, and a certain amount of antifouling agent and fixing agent should be added when washing. Second, the printing equipment on the site and the environment requirements.
Because the piezoelectric nozzle used in the jet printer is quite delicate, it is relatively easy to cause plugging phenomenon. Therefore, the site environment is relatively high. On the one hand, it is arranged as far as possible in the dust-proof environment. On the other hand, the site should maintain a certain degree of humidity. According to our experience in practice, the relative humidity should be at least 60% or more. Generally speaking, suitable humidifiers should be provided on the site. The room temperature is controlled at about 20°C.
