2) Alkali-soluble anti-corrosion printing material. Alkali-soluble anti-corrosion printing material is a new type of printing material developed in recent years, with features such as quick-drying, easy removal of film, and is particularly suitable for industrialized signage production. Common formulas are as follows:

Formula A:

Maleic anhydride resin 50g Rosin 300g Stearic acid 2g Talc 200g Titanium dioxide 200g Titanium blue 2g Terpineol 1000ml Turpentine 200ml

Formula B:

Rosin 100g Stearic Acid 8～10g Lithopone 300g Turpentine 300ml Castor Oil Drops

Formula C:

Rosin 10g Titanium Dioxide 15g 201 Resin (modified phenolic resin) 1g Polymerized oil 3g Turpentine oil

3. Printing

1) Printing method

Manual or mechanical, manual.

2) Network distance

Depends on the screen printing area, generally 3 ~ 5mm.

3) Scraper

1 Material: Polyurethane rubber, thickness 8 ~ 12mm, hardness HS 50 ~ 60 °.

2 Dimensions: The length should be 20-30mm longer than the width of the screen printing artwork, and the height of the strip exposed handle is 20-30mm.

3 squeegee angle: 40 ~ 70 °, preferably 45 °.

4) Corrosion

After the printed semi-finished products are inspected, trimmed and dried, they can be delivered to the next process for corrosion.
