Knitting underwear printing process characteristics

The main application of knitted underwear printing is paint direct printing. The so-called direct printing is to directly print the prepared printing paste onto the fabric. This is the simplest and most commonly used process in the printing process. After the fabric is printed, it can be baked or dried naturally, which avoids problems such as the easy deformation of the knitted fabric during wet processing and the difficulty in wet processing of the agricultural sheet.

Process design and operation technical points

Pattern trial

Pattern trial is the beginning of the printing process design. The quality of the pattern trial is closely related to the printing effect, product quality and printing cost. Pattern trials mainly deal with continuous patterns, individual patterns, and duplicate patterns.

The continuous pattern is generally continuous or tetragonal in two sides. There are five main aspects of the pattern.

1 The integrity of the pattern unit. Whether or not the pattern unit is complete is the most basic requirement of the pattern. The main feature of the pattern unit is its continuous connection. The continuous pattern of the two sides depends on whether it can be vertically or horizontally or laterally continuous. Quartet continuous pattern, it is necessary to examine whether it can be connected up and down. Check whether the pattern can be continuously connected. According to the design method of the pattern, fold the pattern and align the "joint" or align the pattern of the opened knife (middle or bevel). 4 The reproducibility of the color of the pattern on the fabric. The advertising color of drawing pattern on paper is very different from fabric printing color paste. First, the color of advertisement color is more than the color of the color paste currently used in fabric printing coating; the second is that advertisement color is stronger than ordinary printing color covering. . This presents the problem of whether the color of the pattern can be reproduced on the fabric. Whether or not the color of the pattern can be reproduced on the fabric depends on whether the same or similar color is obtained or not. Second, it depends on whether the obtained color has a certain degree of fastness.

5 The paradox of pattern and printing effect. The pattern of each color pattern in the pattern and the relationship between them should also be fully analyzed, consider the problems that may occur when printing, and modify without prejudice to the overall effect of the pattern to ensure the smooth production of the printing.

Individual patterns are independent individual units that are not continuous with the surroundings. In knitted underwear is often a close combination of one or more individual patterns and clothing styles. In addition to the reproducibility of the pattern color on the fabric and the paradox of the pattern and the printing effect, the content of the individual patterns also includes the integrity of the pattern structure, the adaptability of the pattern and the clothing, and the correctness of the text. Copy samples generally refer to the patterns and requirements provided by the customer and the duplicated patterns. Because of customer samples, such as clothing, swatches, photographs, copy paper samples, printed pictures and schematics, etc., most of them cannot be directly used for plate making, and must be processed and copied for pattern reproduction. When reviewing the duplicates, first analyze the sample and requirements, and see if the duplicates meet the original spirit and customer requirements and the factory's printing process conditions. Special attention should be paid to the following two points: When the continuous pattern of the customer-like pattern is not complete, whether the continuous pattern and uniform pattern can be achieved after the “rejoint” or “adjustment and replacement” is completed; , whether it can be restored after proper sorting.
