Research and application of mitoxantrone molecular imprinting sensor

Under weakly acidic conditions, o-aminophenol was used as a monomer cross-linking agent, and mitoxantrone was used as a template molecule, and it was electropolymerized by cyclic voltammetry into a mitoxantrone molecularly imprinted poly(o-aminophenol) sensitive membrane sensor. Mitoxantrone has good selectivity and sensitivity, and the concentration of mitoxantrone ranges from 313 × 10 - 7 to 110 × 10 - 5 mol / L and 110 × 10 - 5 to 510 × 10 - 5 mol / L, respectively. The internal and peak current decreases linearly. The lower limit of detection is 116 × 10 - 7 mol/L. The structure and properties of the molecularly imprinted membrane are also studied.
