1. Confirm whether the power cord is properly installed according to the specifications and the ground wire is connected properly.
2. The constant temperature and humidity box should be more than 500mm away from the wall and adjacent equipment (to facilitate heat removal);
3. It should be installed on a flat ground with good ventilation and no corrosive gas around;
4. The water used is deionized water or distilled water. Before the test, the bottom water tank at the back of the box should be filled with water. The water will be automatically added to the humidifier in the test box;
5. There should be a sewer near the box for drainage;
6. Hang the matched wet ball gauze on the wet ball sensor, the length of which is placed on both sides of the wet ball sink (it is necessary to soak the wet ball gauze before hanging, the wet ball sink is located on the upper right side of the box);
7. Wet bulb water level adjustment, this adjustment is horizontal adjustment. The water level of the wet bulb water tank in the studio is too high, and the water level can be adjusted down at the same position in the electric control cabinet of the test chamber, and vice versa.
