CM-230K Conductivity Meter Electronic Version Manual

The CM-230K conductivity meter is an upgraded product of our company's CM-230 conductivity monitor. It has a new improvement on the basis of the original product. It uses MCU technology for measurement and data processing. This product is widely used for monitoring and controlling the conductivity value of water treatment equipment such as reverse osmosis, seawater desalination, electrodialysis, etc. This product has automatic temperature compensation, conductivity upper limit alarm and water temperature display, which is more convenient to use, more stable reading Features such as clearer.

1. Measuring range: 0 ~ 9999µS / cm;
Divided into 4 ranges of 0 ~ 20.00, 0 ~ 200.0, 0 ~ 2000, 0 ~ 9999µS / cm, the range is automatically switched;
2. Temperature compensation: with automatic calculation type temperature compensation, the compensation range is 0 ~ 60 ℃, and the compensation reference is 25 ℃;

6. How to use
1. First embed the instrument into the control panel as required, and use the mounting bracket to fix the instrument;
2. Connect the power cable, electrode wiring and control cable correctly according to the wiring diagram on the rear panel of the instrument;
3. The instrument enters the measurement value status display screen when it is powered on;
4. Other related functions: temperature value display, electrode constant input (the electrode constant value is marked on the electrode lead), alarm value decimal point position, alarm value setting, alarm delay setting, 20mA current corresponding value setting;
5. The adjustment of each function mentioned above is realized by the "SET" key, and the "SET" key has the cyclic switching of the state (see the figure below for the mode).

6. Before using the instrument, the electrode constant, alarm upper limit value, alarm delay time, and 20mA corresponding value must be adjusted accordingly;

7. Instructions for use
1. The wire used for the measuring electrode is a special cable. In case of special circumstances (exceeding the standard wire length) when ordering, the user should avoid using non-dedicated wires to connect or lengthen;
2. The measurement signal is a weak electrical signal, and the signal receiving cable should be routed independently to avoid bundling with the power line and the control line, causing interference or puncturing the instrument, which affects the measurement accuracy;
3. This instrument is a precision electrochemical instrument. When connecting and installing, the electrode must be connected to the connection point of the instrument reliably;
4. The instrument must have a good power connection;
5. If the instrument is equipped with C = 0.1 conductivity electrode, the electrode constant must be entered as the corresponding indication value. At this time, the measurement range of the instrument is automatically switched to the range of 0 ~ 2.00, 0 ~ 20.00, 0 ~ 200µS / cm;
6. When the instrument is in alarm state, provide contact signal and the panel "ALS" indicator flashes.
