At present, there are 127 cities across the country that prohibit the on-site mixing of mortar in batches. It is reported that the current mortar branch has been approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the preparatory work is being carried out in an orderly manner.
