Dirty printed pages or blank layout

Due to the discomfort of the grain size on the surface of the printing plate, its new water properties are weakened and blank parts are dirty. In addition, due to the oxidation of the plate or the presence of foreign matter, it is also a cause of contamination. If the blank area is dirty, simply wipe it on the plate with a corrosive pen and remove it. Then apply gum arabic and print it after drying.

The back of the printing plate is in poor contact with the drum surface

When foreign matter adheres to the back of the printing plate, the printing surface is uneven, resulting in significant differences in the density of the print. Just carefully wipe the back of the plate before loading to avoid this failure.

Incorrect registration due to tensile deformation of printing plate

The PS plate material is thin and brittle. If the plate is improperly manipulated, it is extremely easy to stretch and deform, resulting in inaccurate overprinting. Therefore, when the plate is fastened to the surface of the roller, the tightening amount of each fastening screw must be uniform and moderate. Do not first tighten a certain screw to the limit position, and then tighten the other screws to avoid pulling the plate. Stretch deformation, or even crack phenomenon.
