First, water absorption function paper MAS
The biggest feature of MAS is its strong ability to absorb water. It can maintain the water absorption of 10 times its own weight, and it is safe and harmless.
The water absorption capacity and water retention of MAS and non-woven fabrics are significantly different, and MAS is clearly superior. This is because non-woven fabrics can only retain moisture in the pores between the fibers of raw materials, while MAS not only has the above capabilities, but also the fibers themselves can absorb water. When MAS absorbs water, it becomes very soft. Due to the above characteristics, MAS can be used as a film (sheet) that absorbs condensation such as ham and sausages, a film (sheet) that absorbs fresh food drips, and a film of cosmetics and sanitary materials.
Second, food packaging material paper MFD
MFD has heat sealing property, air permeability, oil resistance, water resistance, safety and harmlessness. In order to make the packaging paper heat-sealable, the surface of the heat-sealable resin paper is covered with a coating or bonded with polyethylene to make it have a heat-sealability, and no secondary processing is necessary to obtain air permeability, and its air permeability can be The user requests control. Foods packaged in this kind of air-permeable wrapper can be heated by electron waves and there is no steam in the package, which keeps the food surface fresh. Due to its above features, MFD can be expected as a packaging material for frozen foods heated by electron waves, which has been used for packaging hamburgers.
Third, water resistant paper MWS
MWS has good water resistance and air permeability because it does not have cabinet water. Therefore, the soaking rate is higher than that of other materials, and the surface strength and interlayer strength are high, there is antibacterial property, and ammonia gas can be absorbed. These characteristics are not obtained by adding resins and chemicals, but rely on raw materials for the pulp and are therefore safe and harmless. Since MWS has the above features, it can be expected to be applied to food packaging materials, dew condensation absorbent films (sheets) and other fields. At present, MWS has been applied to the vacuum packaging of wine trough foods, and it is compounded with other materials. As a wrapper for multi-moisture semi-finished foods, MWS gives full play to its advantages of mildew proof, water absorption and water resistance.
