Distribution intelligent monitoring device developed successfully

On December 5th, it was learned from the acceptance meeting of the Science and Technology Automation Project of Fuzhou Electric Power Bureau in Fujian Province that the nation's first economical monitoring device for intelligent operation of distribution transformers with integrated monitoring functions was successfully developed in the Bureau and passed field acceptance.
It is understood that the device is based on the high-performance digital signal processor DSP as the control core, using AC sampling, real-time monitoring of various operating parameters of the power system, data collection, communication, economic operation of the transformer and status analysis and other functions in one The new distribution transformer monitoring equipment can be widely used in power distribution stations, small and medium-sized substations, and large and medium-sized enterprises and power distribution units. When it is put into use, it will automatically realize the control of the transformer “peak investment and valley retreat”. The maintenance personnel no longer need to go to the scene to operate, and it has achieved the purpose of improving automation and reducing the workload of operation and maintenance.
In addition, the device also has the function of reducing the overall power loss of the transformer. Two dry-type distribution transformers of the same type with a total capacity of 1600 kVA are installed. After preliminary estimation by technicians, after the device is put into operation, the distribution transformer can save 15260 kWh of electricity annually.
