New gasification fuel ceramic firing technology come out

The “Ceramic Burning New Type Gasification Fuel and Combustion Technology” project of Anqing Branch of Sinopec Corp. was approved by experts from the Department of Science and Technology of Anhui Province in December 2003.
The project uses light hydrocarbon reforming head oil as raw material instead of liquefied petroleum gas or gas for industrial gas furnaces such as ceramic kilns. Experts believe that the project has opened up new ways for the use of light hydrocarbons rich in natural resources, which can significantly increase the added value of light hydrocarbons, while the light hydrocarbon fuel has the characteristics of low sulfur and high calorific value. The light hydrocarbon gasification device developed by the technology integrates an electric heater, a carburetor, and a buffer tank, and has a simple and compact structure and is innovative. The light hydrocarbon fuel and its combustion technology have a significant effect on improving the quality of porcelain products, and are of great significance to the improvement of the environment. At the same time, the cost of the kiln is reduced by more than 12%.
