If there is a large temperature overshoot or a large temperature fluctuation during temperature control, please start the auto-tuning function as follows
Hold down the "SEL" key for about 5 seconds to enter the parameter, keep pressing the SEL key, select the parameter AT, and set to "1" or "2" (press "∧" or "∨" key to modify), then press "SEL" "Key to start auto-tuning, at this time the decimal point in the lower right corner of the display begins to flash. After auto-tuning, the decimal point in the lower right corner flashes and disappears, and the parameter AT automatically returns to "0"
a. When the auto tuning ends normally, even if the power is turned off, the automatically set PID parameters will be maintained. In addition, if the power is turned off during the auto tuning process, perform auto tuning from the beginning. (PID value unchanged)
b. Since the UV weathering test box is in the ON-OFF action (dual-position action) state during automatic tuning, the PV will vary greatly depending on the process. For processes that do not allow excessive PV fluctuations, do not use auto-tuning
c. If the auto-tuning does not end after more than 4 hours, the auto-tuning may not be performed normally. At this time, please reconfirm the parameters of input and output wiring, control output action (positive and negative), input sensor type, etc.
d. If you want to change the SV drastically, change the input range (P-SL / P-SU / P-DP), or change the operation of the controlled object, please perform auto tuning again.
e. When setting the control type, if fuzzy control is selected, please perform auto tuning
f. When you want to reset the AT parameters, please set to "0" first, and then set again
