5. Check the discharge of condensed water. If the drainage volume is too small or no condensed water is discharged, the water separator must be shut down to clean;
Monthly maintenance content:

4. Check and tighten all wire connections;

Quarterly maintenance content:
1. Fill the main motor with grease;
2. Clean the main motor and fan motor;
3. Replace the oil filter;
4. Clean the oil cooler;
5. Check the temperature sensor and pressure sensor;
Annual maintenance content:
1. Replace the coolant;
2. Check the check valve;
3. Check the cooling fan;
4. Check the hydraulic cylinder and replace the maintenance components if necessary;
5. Check the air release valve and replace the maintenance components if necessary;
6. Check all metal hoses;
special reminder:
1. The electrical wiring is correct or the power supply meets the requirements;
2. In the process of using the equipment, the voltage is unstable, resulting in too large or too small current, long-term work under this condition causes damage to the compressor;
3. The compressor is damaged due to unclean system;
4. If other oils are added to the compressor, the refrigeration oil matching the compressor model should be added;
