The two companies in the United States jointly developed a new vacuum packaging technology for prefabricated bags for ribs packaging, which has been welcomed by the market. This rib pack is made of 5 layers of co-extruded film, namely ethylene vinyl acetate/pad/ethylene vinyl alcohol/pad/EVA. The shrink film has good puncture resistance, prevents the ribs from piercing the film, and ensures that the bag edge is resistant to rubbing and does not leak gravy. The packed ribs are 5.10 lbs. The packaging bag adopts 6-color flexo printing, which increases the light resistance of the bag and greatly improves the oxygen blocking protection of the ribs. Adopting a prefabricated bag vacuum packaging process not only maintains the flavor of the ribs but also reduces related costs.
