Manufacturers with dry composite equipment are all composite flexible packaging companies, and most of the companies have printing. They often associate the dilution of the dry composite adhesive with the dilution of the printing ink and, on a par with that, it is totally wrong. Because at the time of printing, the amount of ink applied on the plate is constant. If more ink can be added to the ink, the more finished product area can be printed per unit weight of ink, ie, the lower the ink cost per unit area of ​​printing film, the higher the economical efficiency of the ink.
We observe printed matter and evaluate the pros and cons of printed matter, mainly from the senses, through visual judgment, the human eye is not very keen on the classification of dark tone, so in the dark tone area, the amount of ink is slightly less, and the human eye is not very Easy to notice. This laid the foundation for reducing the amount of ink. In dry compounding, the amount of adhesive applied (dry basis) determines the strength and performance of the composite film. That is, the main production of a product packaging or a certain structure of the packaging, the adhesive dry coating amount must reach a certain amount.
