There should be enough free area around the machine.
The main body of the universal material testing machine and the dynamometer do not need special foundations for installation. Just make the general foundation according to the foundation map and leave the foundation screw holes for pouring.
To find the main body level of the universal material testing machine, you can place the level on the outer circle of the oil cylinder to find the level according to the two positions of the base and the horizontal direction. Use a level of 0.10 / 1000 mm to find the ± 1 grid, and the base is not regular Add horns below to adjust. There are two holes on the top of the dynamometer for the use of wire rope for re-installation.
The level of the dynamometer is very important. When looking for the level, align the left side of the swing bar with the ruled line of the standard wire plate so that it does not move, and then use a bend ruler to rest on the large surface of the upper part of the swing bar with a 0.1 / 1000 mm The spirit level is placed on a curved ruler to find ± 2 divisions. When it is not correct, add a horn under the base, and the pointer must be fixed to the zero point.
Open the upper iron door behind the dynamometer to check whether the wire of the small wire hammer is wound in the groove of the pointer coaxial pinion gear. The length of the tether should be appropriate, not too long or too short, and the limit is the longest. When evacuating, remember the diaphragm, the shortest is that the aging hammer will not touch the pinion when the pinion rotates one revolution.

2. When the universal material testing machine takes over the installation of the oil pipe connecting the main body and the dynamometer, the oil pipe should be washed with diesel oil first, so that no impurities are left in the pipe to ensure the cleanliness of the oil circuit.
Attention should be paid to the integrity of the joint gasket. If it is incomplete, the new gasket attached to the machine should be taken and installed to prevent oil leakage at high pressure.

3. Introduction of selection of oil specifications High-quality medium-viscosity mineral oil should be used in hydraulic transmission. The oil must be free of water, acid, and other mixtures. It should not decompose or become thick at ordinary temperatures. The oil must be filtered before being poured into the machine. Due to improper use of oil, the valve and oil circuit will be blocked and the machine may vibrate, which will affect the normal operation of the testing machine.
Reference specifications of oil:
Specific gravity: 0.86—0.97
Freezing point: -15 ℃ to -20 ℃

4. Oil filling and oil draining Open the iron door on the left side of the dynamometer, you can see the wire mesh oil filter. When filling oil, it is injected into the oil tank through this oil filter. The amount of oil filled at one time is about 28 liters. The oil level indicator installed on the outside of the fuel tank shall prevail. For the specifications of the oil used, please refer to the introduction of oil specifications.
Before starting to use the testing machine, the stopcock installed from the tank to the pump line must be opened. When the line of the stopcock is in line with the pipe, it means that the oil path between the tank and the pump is smooth, such as the line is orthogonal to the pipe , It means close.
Open the oil nozzle at the bottom of the left side of the dynamometer when draining the oil. The service life of the oil is determined according to the climate of each place. If you find that the oil is starting to be contaminated and cannot be used, you should replace it with new oil. Drain the oil first and remove the round cover on the lower left side of the dynamometer.

5. The electrical device connected to the universal material testing machine is equipped in the dynamometer, equipped with a magnetic starter that can be operated by buttons, and has a small transformer, the input power is 380 volts, the output voltage is 6 volts, and it is on the front of the dynamometer There is a small 6.3 volt indicator on the upper right.
The universal test machine has a connection power supply of 380 volts and a magnetic starter coil of 380 volts. The wire from the power supply is connected to the terminal board through the front cover of the dynamometer. For all wiring, please refer to the electrical circuit attached to this manual, connect the power supply and open the passage between the fuel tank and the oil pump to obtain the bolt. Whether it is consistent with the direction of the arrow of the flywheel.If it does not match, the power connector should be replaced to make it consistent. Whether the charging button is suitable.

6.The oiling hole is provided on the gland above the base of the lubrication main body. Oil is lubricated through this hole to lubricate the nut.
After the installation of the main body is completed, the engine oil is injected into the oil sump through the seat hole of the oil probe on the base, and the injected oil is 30 mm deep, which is measured by the oil probe.
The ball bearings at both ends of the main shaft in the dynamometer are not allowed to be lubricated with oil, so as to avoid the generation of oil sludge that will hinder the sensitivity of the precise mechanism. Oil, but enough to prevent it from corroding, re-calibrate it after installing a standard dynamometer.
There is no screw plug on the oil pump. After installation, unscrew it at the initial use and inject a large amount of oil into the oil pump. If the internal oil is poor due to long-term use, the screw plug under the oil pump can be unscrewed and refilled. If the machine is used frequently, it should be changed about once a month.

7. The initial operation and test run of the oil pump can be started and stopped by pressing the electric button on the dynamometer table. When the oil pump is operated for the first time after installation or the wire connector is changed, it must be checked whether the stopcock leading to the oil pump path is open before starting. And whether the rotation direction of the oil pump pulley rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow after starting.
For the first operation after installing the oil pump, first remove the screw on the top of the oil pump and pour it into the wire hole with the same oil in the oil tank, and then tighten the screw after filling, if the internal oil is found to be bad for a long time after use The screw plug under the oil pump can be opened and refilled with clean oil. If it is used normally every day, it is more appropriate to pump it once a month.
When the oil pump is running for the first time, there is often a small amount of air inside the oil pump that cannot be discharged or in some cases, air is drawn into the oil pump, then the output of the oil is formed intermittently, so the load increase is irregular, and the pointer will be An intermittent phenomenon occurs. In order to judge this phenomenon, the side cover of the dynamometer can be removed and observed. If there is no throbbing phenomenon of the oil flowing back to the tank from the oil delivery valve, it can be assumed that the oil pump is working normally.
