Stay away from "Wanna Cry"

This Monday, there were so many news about a virus called WannaCry. It is said that Wanna Cry comes from NSA system loophole. WannaCry (also called Wanna want to cry, Decryptor), a "worm" type of extortion virus software, the size of 3.3MB, by criminals using NSA (National Security Agency, the U.S. National Security Agency) dangerous vulnerability "leaked EternalBlue" (eternal blue) spread [1]. The malware will scan your computer for the TCP port 445 (Server Message Block/SMB), similar to the spread of worm virus, attack the host and encrypt files stored on the host, and then asked to pay the ransom in bitcoin form. The amount of extortion is between $600 and $300. In May 14, 2017, the WannaCry ransomware virus mutated: WannaCry 2, cancelled Kill Switch, spread faster or faster. As of May 15, 2017, WannaCry caused at least 150 countries to suffer cyber attacks, affecting financial, energy, medical and other industries, resulting in serious crisis management issues. Some users of Window operating systems in China suffer from infection, and campus network users suffer the brunt of the serious damage. A large number of laboratory data and graduation designs have been locked and encrypted. At present, the security industry temporarily failed to effectively eradicate the malicious encryption software ransomware. Brad Smith, President and chief legal officer at Microsoft, said the NSA did not disclose more security breaches, giving criminal organizations an opportunity to eventually attack the 150 country's ransomware. Luckily, our company Fanssi Products INC had enough precautionary measures to avoid any attack.
