One of the members of the Kreyenborg Group, ips Intelligent Granulation Solutions, has introduced a special wire pelletizer with a cutting width of 60mm.
The granulator is based on the SG-E 60 series model and has been configured according to customer requirements. Relying on a special rack with two vertical steel tubes, the cutting head including the drive can be adjusted at a height of 500 mm. In operation, the length of colloidal particles can vary from 1.5 to 3 mm in line.
In order to control the quality when cutting, a speculum is mounted in the soundproof door of the cutting device. The entire stand is suitable for the dimensions of the subsequent equipment and has been specially painted.
The pelletizer is used for pelletizing various technical thermoplastics with or without fillers, auxiliary plastics and reinforcements.
