Key measures and evaluation indicators of the recycling economy in the packaging industry (3)

Production process evaluation index system

Extend the above indexing requirements to the following

1. Minimize harmful performance of energy and resources

(1) Whether energy is clean energy. Non-pollution of the environment belongs to clean energy, petroleum light products, natural gas, renewable resources and clean coal purification technologies, etc. (2) Reduction rate of energy to environmental pollution (3) Whether packaging raw material resources are renewable resources. No: Recyclable resources should be used as little as possible
(4) Reduction rate of toxicity of raw materials for packaging (5) Reduction rate of HCFCs used in packaging production

2. Minimize energy and resource investment

(1) Decrease in the consumption of packaging materials
(2) Decrease in consumption of packaging auxiliary materials (3) Decrease in energy consumption of packaging production
(4) Reduction rate of consumption of water resources in packaging production

3. Waste discharge is minimized. In particular, the discharge of toxic waste must be restricted.

(1) Reduction rate of waste gas discharged during packaging production (2) Reduction rate of waste liquid discharged during packaging production (3) Reduction rate of waste discharged during packaging production (4) Highly toxic chemicals discharged during packaging production , Reduction rates of dioxins, heavy metal residues, nitrogen oxides, organic solvent volatiles (5) Reduction rate of dust emitted from the packaging during the production process and affecting human health (6) Weight or volume of packaging waste Reduction rate (7) Reduction rate of secondary pollution discharged from packaging waste during recycling

4. Maximize energy and resource use efficiency

(1) Reduction rate of scrap and scrap of raw materials for packaging (2) Recovery rate of recycling of scrap and scrap of raw materials for packaging materials (3) Reduction rate of material loss during the production process, processing equipment and processes of packaging resources (4) The increase in the recycling rate of packaging resources (5) and the increase in product output (6) The recycling of packaging water resources

5. Environmental changes are minimized. The impact of packaging production on the environment may have many aspects, but people are mainly concerned with the following aspects:

(1) Reduction in greenhouse effect caused by packaging production and waste disposal (2) Decrease in ozone layer destruction caused by packaging production and waste treatment (3) Reduction in acid rain effect due to packaging production and waste treatment (4) Packaging production And water pollution reduction rate caused by waste treatment
