(1) Check the movement of the machine and it should be able to move left and right.

(3) When the machine stops, waste paper scraps on the machine should be cleaned.

(4) Each shift must be shut down for at least one full cleaning and maintenance of the machine. In particular, the guide rails should be wiped clean and no debris should be left.

(5) Replacement of thin blades, pressure roller and wheel must be stopped.

(6) As the blade wears and the diameter decreases, the slitting blade must be adjusted downwards, and the size of the blade cut across the cardboard should be in the range of 3~5mm.

(7) Care must be taken when cutting the blade to injure or damage the blade. Before inserting a new blade, clean the blade, blade and pressure plate. The tightness of the compression screw on each cutter head should be the same and the screw threads must not be damaged. After the blade is pressed, check whether the blade has radial runout and axial swing. When the blade is running at high speed, it is forbidden that the person stays or walks on the front of the blade.

(8) After changing the grinding wheel, it should be checked that the inclination of the two grinding wheels is the same, and the worn edge must not be left or right.

(9) Under the premise of accurate positioning of the machine, if there is still a difference in the size of the upper and lower flaps of the cardboard, it should be checked whether the positioning criteria of the knife and the wire are the same. The positioning reference of the cutting line is the center axis of the machine. After renewing the knife and the line of the line, the device is operated and corrected.
