In the 1990s , the peel strength of the extruded composite was generally about 0.6N / 15mm . Only pure LDPE extrusion was used as the inner heat seal layer. The heat seal strength and tensile strength were both low, and the film was relatively soft. In recent years, with the innovation of the extrusion compounding process, the peel strength has been improved, and the heat seal layer material has also been changed. 3. Although there are serious defects of solvent residues in dry-type compounding, which are also stipulated in China's national standards, their indicators are far from foreign requirements, and only some large enterprises can detect and control solvent residues. Small and medium-sized enterprises are not tested at all. In fact, these harmful and toxic substances are extremely harmful to the human body, especially food packaging, a large part of which are children's food. Children's long-term consumption of foods containing toxic and harmful substances is extremely harmful to their health. Extrusion compounding has received more and more attention because it has no solvent residue and good hygienic performance.

4. Extrusion composite materials: China's petrochemical enterprises have insufficient production technology and cannot produce special extrusion composite resins. Thermal bonding resins such as EAA , EEA , EMA, etc. cannot be manufactured, and PP resins for extrusion compounding have not been put into industrial production. Even the performance of commonly used LDPE resins is not very stable, and the gap between batches is large.
