(4) Subtle pigments will make the gloss more obvious and reduce the transparency. The thickness of normal printing ink is 7μm.

(5) The gloss of the ink cannot be changed by the influence of the printed surface.

(6) It can dry quickly but does not affect its viscosity.

If the ink is too thick, the printing plate will be difficult to clean, causing static problems (hairline); if the ink is too thin, it will increase transparency and it is difficult for the pad to transfer the ink.

Because there are many different inks on the market, it is difficult to prescribe the time and number of times to add thinner or slower water. We can only decide by observing the printing effect.
