1, internal pressure. The internal pressure resistance item is one of the most important safety indicators for beer glass bottles, due to the fact that filling beer is filled with certain CO2. Therefore, beer glass bottles as CO2-filled beverage bottles should strictly meet the internal pressure requirements specified in GB4544. The current standards in China stipulate that the qualified product index is ≥1.2 MPa (1.6 MPa in developed countries and 1.8 MPa in Japan International Standard). Otherwise, due to the insufficient internal pressure resistance of beer glass bottles, beer glass bottles will be filled. In the process of transportation and consumption, there was a bottle burst accident.
The inspection data shows that the qualified rate of the internal resistance pressure of the miscellaneous recycled beer glass bottles is lower by 25% than the new beer glass bottles and the selective beer glass bottles.

2, impact strength. The biggest weakness of glass bottles is their brittleness. Beer glass bottles collide with each other or the bottle collides with other hard objects during the process of production packaging, beer filling, transportation and use. This kind of collision will cause the mechanical strength of the beer glass bottle to drop significantly. Due to the current consumption habits and the problem of reuse and management of the beer glass bottle, the strength of the beer glass bottle will drop in a straight line, and some of the beer with poor quality and frequent use will be reused. The reduction in the impact resistance of the glass bottles makes it difficult to withstand normal collisions, which in turn presents hidden dangers to the explosion bottles.
The inspection data shows that the single-item qualification rate of miscellaneous recycle bottles is about 36-40% lower than that of new bottles and selective recycle bottles.

3, signs. According to the relevant national standards, beer glass bottle products must be marked with “B” on the root of the bottle and the production year and season to distinguish beer glass bottles from other glass bottles, such as yellow wine bottles and soy sauce bottles. Through mandatory bottle beer bottles in recent years, a large number of non-B bottles that have been used for a long time have been eliminated, which has played a good role in removing bottled bottles such as yellow wine bottles in a historical period. However, in the 224 bottles tested this time, there were still 46 bottles that did not meet the standards. The two safety indicators (inner pressure and impact resistance) of these bottles were only 46.7%.
