The new heat-resistant bottle production equipment adopts a multi-blow molding technology—a molding method of over-extension, heat-shrinking, and heat-setting, which makes the PET heat-resistant bottle produced by this machine stable and reliable. The equipment uses multiple processes to increase crystallinity and uses multiple blowing platform technologies, so it does not reduce the production speed of PET bottles and relatively more effectively controls production costs. The automatic cooling system in the tunnel ensures a constant set temperature.
4. Relatively low air source requirements General PET heat-resistant bottle blowing requires the use of a circulating air blowing device and high-pressure heating to ensure the PET bottle is shaped, and the air consumption is relatively large. After the blow molding process is modified, multiple cavity blowing is used, and the temperature is low. 5.
