Ink manufacturing overview

The manufacture of ink is a complex chemical engineering. That is, the aggregates of the pigment are gradually broken up again, so that the binder is wetted and wrapped until almost evenly dispersed particles are evenly distributed between the binder molecules.

Grinding equipment has three rollers, horizontal ball mill, vertical ball mill, sand mill and so on.

The technical specifications of the inks tested are as follows: color, tinting strength, gloss, viscosity, viscosity, fluidity, fineness, drying time, flying ink, viscosity increase, fixing time, adhesion, acid resistance, alkali resistance, light resistance, water resistance, resistance Alcohol and other solvents. There are other special indicators for inks with different characteristics.
