Rock climbing = force (25%) + beauty (25%) + heart (25%) + wisdom (25%)

2. Power Endurance Power-Endurance(15moves)
3. Stamina Endurance (more than 20 moves): Maximum strength + lactate metabolism

2. Coordination: Efficient climb
3. Tips: The principle of positive triangle balance + close to the rock wall


III. Heart:

1. Physiological control: sleep, diet, environmental adaptation, warm-up
2. Mental Control: Arousal Level --- Self-confidence & Prudence


IV. Intelligence:

1. Memory: remember the speed
2. Judgement: Finding difficulties
3. Reaction force: difficult to crack
4. Calmness: unable to crack
